I received this product yesterday, charged the 3 controllers for 4 hours, an tried all all programs up to level 19 ... even at the highest level this is very soft training indeed! By applying water mist on the pads, I was expecting a stronger stimulation.I am really confused about this product,, On the Amazon site presentation it says10 training programs with 39 intensity levels. The belt I received has 8 programs (massage, knead, scraping, pressure, acupoint, cupping, activate and shape, with 19 intensity levels. Adding to the confusion, the written guidelines for exercise modes mentions only 6 programs (M1 to M6) with different names than the 8 listed above. I think the seller should put their act together and make sure the info is the same between the ad, the very short user manual, and the controller itself. Could it be that I was sent the wrong three controllers?

I have one of the gel pad versions of this that works well but was tired of dealing with the sticky pads. I also liked that this had the extra straps for arms, but unfortunately I am very disappointed on the product overall given the below key issues:1) The item seems to be good quality overall, however, when I wear the device and turn it up to max power (level 19) it doesn't even feel as strong as 50% power on my old device.2) The connector on one of the computers was broken / loose inside of the plastic bag it arrived in and cannot be reattached.3) The plastic spray is also broken, the mist cover pops off every time so the water comes out in big drops.4) Not driving my ratings, but worth noting that the belt is not as tall as I would like (none of the options on Amazon look taller either), it barely covers half of my abs so I would need to wear it high and low separately to fully cover my core.

I got these to help me on my journey to gain some musculature while i work out and do some lawn workFirst thing i did notice was one of the little amps has a bit of a bent metal piece which did make it a bit hard to attach it to one of the bandsThe Waist belt has a more weaker sensation when compared to the arm bands, feels like someone is gently brushing my stomach with a broom, its not painful but it is a weird ticklish feelingwhile the arm bands feel like I'm messing with one of those prank electric pens but on steroidsthe sensation is so strong, it triggers my arms reflexes and causes my arms to flex with each pulse, if i put any of the modes beyond level 1, it hurts my arms like pins and needles, so I advise you be careful with the arm bands

The only instructions I have found for this product is on the page for the item. And what’s there doesn’t match the descriptions on the controller. By the way, the controller isn’t touch screen, it has LED lights that show the status and three buttons to change the mode and increase and decrease the intensity.The controller does run for 20 minutes and shuts off automatically. The controllers charge very quickly after a 20 minute session. The arm belts provide much more intense action than the waist belt - I ran the waist at 3 for my first session, and had to go with 1 for the arms.Two things need to be included in every package, the first being instructions. Ones that correspond to the controllers. Second, an extension for the belt would be helpful, especially for plus-sized folks like me.

This toning belt has 19 levels and 8 different modes. Easy to use. Comes with 3 charging cords 2 arm and one ab band. Three units for each band. A small water sprayer. Easy to clean bands. Velcro straps for easy application. Please check precautions and warnings to make sure it is suitable for you. Overall, it seems to be helping me tone my arms and abs. The price of this unit is high compared to other similar units.

Belts for arms are good design for small and big size. Belt are little long for small arm. Need to little manage of extra belt if you need to work out with them. In my case I do not exercise while arm belt on. So it does not bother at all. In my case I can use arm belt for my thigh just fit. So I could use both arm and thigh. Remote control came with is really convinient to control all devices attached to all belts at the same time. It is very good design. Extension belt is useful, too. vinyle kind of outside are little bit feel cheaper but total value for the price it is good enough for 5 stars. I would recommend if you are especilly looking for both belly and arm set. I tried other products. It was nice material but control device could not hold because of magnet were too weak. This device uses button hook so it hold good. Anyway, I am galad to find this product. This is first day I use this product. I hope the product does not break easily. I will update if the product break too soon.

First thing that failed was when I snapped the electrode to the belt. It broke one of the contacts right in half. Now, to be fair, I knew going in that these things are not going to do what they claim. Yes, they cause your muscles to contract but it is not the same as exercising. I use a tens unit for pain management and that does essentially the same thing with better control of the impulses. I would say not to waste your money on poorly made products that arent going to live up to the hype!

I love this ab machine. I use it w times daily, it comes with 2 battery packs and 2 other bands to use. Also I received a small spray bottle to apply the water to my stomach. It auto shuts off after 20 mins. There are different settings such as massage, kneed, pressure for you to choose from. The are 3 different levels and also with the instructions it gives recommendations on what you should set according to your goal.
