difficult to put on, mattes very easily & fit after is off, far to heavy for slippers

Got these for hubby for Christmas, he wears them around the house daily and just 2 months in a small tear in suede has started at one edge. He didn’t catch the slipper on anything it has just developed from walking near a seam. We are past our return window, so disappointing. His previous pair had lasted for a few years and we replaced because padding inside had worn down.

Ordered next size as suggested for my husband; he still had trouble pulling the over his heel. Though he really liked them, we did have to return. His feet also pronate badly… needed more support. Great product! Sad it didn’t work for him!

One shoe is half a size smaller than the other. This happened with both pairs I purchased.
