So nice to come home and not look for my keys. Not the easiest to install but not to bad either. I have to say I really do like this door handle nice upgrade worth the money

This has been a lifesaver with kids getting home from school. They have three different ways they can get in, either by scanning their key cards (3 included) or typing in the passcode, they can also use there finger print however we have run into that part not always working. If they enter something invalid though 3 times it sounds off a little alarm turns red and won’t let them in. I love the feature that it auto locks after 30 seconds (you can set it for less time) this helps me know my kids didn’t forget to lock the door since it’s not something I can do/see using my phone remotely.

I love how all I have to do is use my fingerprint to open my door. A few months ago before I had this lock I locked myself out of my house, thanks to this lock no fears of happening again.This lock looks great both inside and outside on my door. The handyman who was working on my door went ahead and installed for me, he did say it was very easy and that it installed quickly. Very pleased.

I ordered this as a replacement for a different keyless entry that I was constantly having issues with. It was not reading fingerprints, or the lock was getting jammed up and caused us to be locked out too many times so it had to be replaced.The install for this went pretty smooth without any real complications.Adding people fingerprints to the lock seems pretty easy so far there have been a few occasions where it states it’s added, but it never unlocks the door when that person tries to use their finger. Our solution to this was just use a different finger and that seems to work. I like that you’re able to add multiple codes for multiple people. I like the look of this lock as well. It is a nice quality looking handle.I do have some cons. One that the voice is outside instead of inside the house and even though it’s not very loud, it announces to the outside if the door is unlocked or locked. Also anything the lock is trying to tell you gets said to the outside and with the door shut you can’t hear it if you’re in the house. Another issue is the tiles have to pretty much touch the lock in order to use so you might as well just use your fingerprint. I also don’t like the fact that you have to take the battery cover off every time you want to access the settings. The biggest issue I have is how many numbers are required for the passcode, our previous blocks were only four digits, and this requires six digits. This makes a common passcode, to share with family, a little more challenging. The other large issue I’ve found so far is the fact the batteries seem to drain really fast.Even with all of the cons I’ve mentioned I would not hesitate to buy this lock again

Overall it's fine but occasionally doesn't fully lock the door. At first i thought it was because it was hitting something inside the door jamb but after attempting to lock the door with the door open I noticed the motor didn't have enough power to swing the deadbolt. After replacing the batteries the problem still exists. Everything else on it functions great and I love the RFID functionality but it's annoying to have to lock it from the inside and go out the garage because it can't swing the deadbolt.Overall i'm not impressed... i'd try a different lock.

Really like the convenience of not having to dig out keys to unlock door, but biometric reader cannot read my husband's fingerprint, so he doesn't like the new lock. I really like that it covers the regular handle hole but has the extra security of a deadbolt.
