Those made a delicious yogurt. I just reordered so I won’t run out of culture. I achieved a good firm consistency by filling milk+culture in clean glass jars, closing them up and covering in a blanket leaving overnight or for 8 to 12 hours then placing in the fridge. The three of us are loving the yogurt made with this culture. We highly recommend it! My mistake on my previous attempts with a different culture was that I used a thermos specially designed for making yogurt but the hot water, placed inside prior to place the jar with mixed milk, made the yogurt too runny and it just could couldn’t set.
