Overall happy with product and its quality. I wouldn't say the suction cups are "strong" but with weight in base it stays in place.I got a pair of 12oz gloves not hand wraps.Thought target may fit better at base to cover spring area for low kicks but only a minor thing.Would buy again.

It's a lot more skinny than expected, I filled the base with sand and knocked it over in one punch the sleeve doesn't fit properly either

Filled with water, put laminated wood sheet underneath for suction cups does keep it sturdier, decent workout.See picture target sleeve does not fit way to small to velcro together, had some spare velcro and made do, very very poor fitting.Hmm not for heavy hitters, over all can have a good work out I'll repost again after some good use.

Requires some filling but very stable when completed and a great product. Great for punching and kicking would highly recommend

This is a good quality punch bag. I would fill it as much as possible with sand. We have put 75kgs of sand in the bottom. The suction pads do a pretty good job, however one has come off. My 12 year old son uses it for his karate training.

No dislikes but wanted to point out that it comes in two parts delivered one day apart due to its size and weight. It’s better filled with sand but I’ve used water for transportability. 10 out of 10 for me.
