My daughter constantly corrects my posture sitting and/or standing. She complains that I am “slouched over” and will get a “hunchback”. I am sure my bad posture is a result of doing computer work for decades. In addition to the bad posture I also have pain in my back.I finally decided I needed help because even though I might start out with good posture when I sit or while I'm standing, eventually I would “slouch over”.I am wearing the Fit Geno which is giving me support and helping me correct my posture and very best is that the pain is going away.It fits great, it’s lightweight and it works. I broke down and went to the doctor who told me that I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder from my collar bone putting pressure on the joint. My posture was getting bad due to pain and long hours hunched over a computer keyboard. I odered two different types of posture supports. The first one was just an upper back support. It work well but cut under my arms and was very uncomfortable. This full back brace is fantastic. It takes the corrective pressure off your upper body and seems to concentrate it on your waist area. The full back stays corrects your posture through your whole spine. I wear this brace while I am working on my computer. My husband was surprised that my posture was improved with just a few days a use. It has given me the correction I have needed and not only am I walking more upright but my shoulder pain is almost completely gone. It has also reduced neck stain so I am not have to go to the chriopractor every two weeks. Well worth the money since I have saved time and expense by not having to make doctors appointments. An added plus is the front tabs that can be used to pull arm straps away from your arm pit so they do not cut under your arm .

I've worn this 3 days this week to work. It does nothing really but force me to think about constantly correcting my posture so my scoliosis doesn't worsen, it's NOT made for scoliosis but I'm struggling at my job to remember to not pick up heavy items or move in painful directions. Today was the first day in about 3 weeks I haven't had to keep my TENS unit on all day. I know it's not what I NEED, but until I can get my spine appointment done in a couple of weeks, I like how it feels to have my shoulders back. Downsides? Could go a little lower, washing will be a bit of a pain, it's highly breathable but you still sweat in the heat! There are warnings I was trying to upload about not using for spinal injuries. I purchased this with the intent of using it when i am working at home for a few hours at a time. During the spans that i have made it a point to use it, I have found my back and shoulders to feel much better afterwards. I have some tendonopathy in my shoulder that improves in combination with some exercises. When i have stopped using it (not purposely), I have noticed my posture begin to worsen with more slouching which then leads to more aches and pain. As far as putting it on, you will figure it out after one time and its easy after that. I think its comfortable and adjustable as needed. I know there are a ton of these out there, but i liked this one.

It is my hope thus product helps my husband's bad posture. Getting him to wear it is the problem. However, when he does, his posture looks GREAT!

Liked support to correct rounded spine and shoulders

I can’t comment on the quality of the product other than to say it appears to be well made. I ordered a L/XL according to the size chart, and I could either get it around my waist or over my shoulders, but not at the same time. I’m not particularly large in girth or torso height. Put it back in the box and returned it.

The small medium is a bit short for my height but it has done what I needed, which is keeping my back together while I recover from probably overcompensating during PT exercises. I'm about 6' and could use more surface area in the back but other than that the adjustable straps are nicely oriented. The sizing is a bit weird, and the instructions are underwhelming but the product seems good, probably will get a bigger one
