We gave this as a gift to our 6 1/2 year old granddaughter. Her younger sister got one as Christmas present and the older one was so disappointed she didn't get one so Grandma and Grandpa to the rescue. She got it a week later and was overjoyed, and immediately started to play with it. The wings need some minor assembly so little ones might need some help with this, but overall, a HUGE hit with both the 2 1/2 year old and the 6 1/2 year olds. There are different variations of the unicorns included, so both girls have differernt ones which helps keep the peace. Very happy all around.

My daughter is so happy!
A great gift for young girls, the fact that it holds several surprises is what makes it much more appealing than just a single gift. I love the fact that you can choose the actual toy animal inside!
