Both straps broke away from the carrier on the first left turn. The dog was still tied to the carrier and slid off into the passenger seat.

We have a little Yorky that could never sit still on long trips. We bought this for the center console and he stays in it with no problem and even sleeps most of the time. Fits perfectly in numerous cars. Absolutely worth the money!

The straps are difficult to adjust.

There was a shipping delay, but they let me know and it did arrive on the new date. It doesn't come in a box because the sides are soft. I have a smaller console, so I made sure to measure it before ordering. This model is a little on the small side, so it fit pretty well. My dog weighs 5lbs right now, but she's 4 months old and I know she will grow some more, but it is roomy enough that I think she will still fit in it when she stops growing. The only thing I would change about it is that I wish the sides were rigid instead of soft , even though it stays up. It works out ok for me though, because my husband sits in the passenger seat and between the both of us the puppy has a place to sit and we don't have to hold her. There were no instructions, but it was pretty easy to figure out.

Got lost in the mail, but it finally arrived. It was hard to install, but worth it. Will be PERFECT for my chihuahua. It’s very secure in my car. My console opens and closes as normal. My dog liked to ride on the center console but she slipped around on it. This item will be perfect for her. Straps to hold the item to the console are optional, but I opted to use them. Small leash on the inside to keep them in there but could be dangerous if they jump out the back of it. Keep an eye on them and maybe use a harness in case they jump out. As always, don’t leave dogs in the car for any amount of time, even with the windows down. It takes 5 minutes to reach 160° inside a car. Enjoy!

Still waiting for this item to arrive. Was order in early July10/30/2023 still in on my order. It’s been almost 6 (six) months. No help from Amazon
