This is a high-quality, high-capacity power bank! I purchased this to use on a 500-mile road-trip over Labor Day Weekend, so I could work on my laptop in the car for a longer period of time. Some key features that I like are as follows:1) It's powerful enough to run my laptop, but also recharge the laptop while I'm using it! Very awesome!2) It's compact in size. It's about the same size as my iPhone 12 Pro Max, but 2x thick. I attached a picture showing its size in relation to a standard computer mouse.3) It seems to have a lot of capacity, as it can completely recharge my laptop from zero to full-charge while I'm using the laptop.4) It comes with a nice, high-quality USB-C cable.5) The lighted, digital display is easy to read (shows power remaining and also charge-status when you recharge).6) It doesn't come with an AC adapter, but no problem, because I can just plug the provided USB-C cable into the AC adapter that I have for my many other technology devices.7) I was concerned the power bank might get hot during use, but I did not experience any problems with temperature.8) The power-bank has 2x USB-C ports, and 1x standard USB port. You can use it to charge multiple devices at the same time, which is great.Now my kids are jealous and want their own, so maybe I'll buy another one for them!

Firstly, before this power bank broke, it was excellent. It charged quickly and was very easy to use. My only complaint is the stiff cables. One of the cables broke after a few days because the plug was poorly soldered.After 9 months, it stopped working all together. I opened it because it had already passed the return window and found that one of the USB-C ports had shorted. It really is a shame because I am sure that the battery cells are still good. It seems like trash now. Very sad.

Updated from 1 star to 5 due to excellent customer service from the company. Upon receiving my review of my original and replacement item, their customer service reached out to me to offer a full refund of my purchase price since the exchange did not work out. They also offered me a reasonable discount if I wished to try another item of theirs. This review update is self initiated, no one asked me to change it.*****I was excited to purchase this on Prime Day but it has turned out to be a waste of money. My first unit came with USB-C 1 port not working and the display did not reflect correct information, the power button also did not work.The replacement unit arrived and it seemed to work well at first but I noticed it will not finish fully charging my S22 ultra. It stopped charging when my phone reached 70% and I had to manually unplug and plug it back in to get it to finish charging, which is not idea if im out camping and need to recharge my phone while I sleep. I'm still not sure what the power button is supposed to do. Recharging the replacement device was odd. It hung at 99% for over 30 minutes even though the timer on the display said 2 minutes left. It eventually reached 100% charge but the hangup was odd.I had high hopes for this item but it clearly is not worth the price for how unstable it is.

First off, I reduced it by one star because the packed shipped with little padding (I don't know if this will affect the product after a while). Second, and maybe most importantly, is that the product didn't charge with the included USB-C cable, with a variety of low-powered USB power strips...then I tried using my USB-C charger that came with my laptop, and it worked great (the green light light on the charger was on while charging, while it was not with low-power chargers). So, if you're using this battery to charge a laptop, the easy solution is to use the USB cable that charges the laptop to charge the battery (not the cable that comes with the battery) but it's okay to use the included cable when charging your laptop from this power bank of course (I had just assumed you could charge the battery with it, plugged into any USB source, but it needs more power (hence the laptop charger).

Battery Bank - 2nd Revised ReviewTwo major issues (Were)1) My USB-C2 port did not work as input. Output only. Could not find any way to charge using USB-C2.2) Battery self-discharged at an unacceptable rate. 1% per hour. In one day, it lost 25% of capacity.I tried to power down using button but get same results. This is a deal breaker, if there is no solution.I returned the defective unit and got a replacement. The replacement unit worked 100% as expected, and my two issues have been resolved.The working unit is Awesome. I think I'll buy a second one.UPDATE 2: The Chinese must have n I concept of quality control. The first problem was likely no QA.But after only 24 hours, thr fancy cable they tout fell apart. The contact end just pulled free when unplugging it and separated from able. NOT soldered on.I m still leaving the rating at 5 but if it also fails prematurely, I'll be back. That would make 3 failures in one purchase.

Update: customer service contacted me in regard to my 1 star review. They made the situation right. I am still not very happy with the way capacity is listed and explained. However, I was told that this is kind of the industry standard. Going forward, I will be more critical of the details. Quality of the product remains high. I will consider purchasing more products from them in the future.Original 1 star: This power bank does offer fast charging which is the reason I purchased it. Build quality is very good. I did get a nice discount with a coupon code.However, this is only a 15000mah power bank. Very deceiving marketing stating capacity of 25000mah with a 'Rated capacity' of 15000mah. This means you are getting much less capacity then you are paying for.Disappointed. I will use for another week or two and see if it's worth keeping
