Mine have black seams, good stocking. You could try asking the seller, I found them very helpful

No they are 15 denier and are quite large

Q: Does it come with belt and suspenders? If not, is it non slip to be able to wear without those?

They are "proper" stockings, i.e. they won't stay up on their own. They do not come with a a suspender belt, this will need to be acquired seperately.
