Beautiful, Realistic looking Wax coated Candles
Second purchase of these tapers. Had two white tapers for about 6 years. Just recently, one stopped working. Replaced with the Ivory colored tapers. Working fine. They are so realistic looking and timer works just fine. Never purchased the remote.. not necessary for me. It's worth the higher price to get this quality.

Beautiful battery operated taper candles with flickering flame
This pair of Luminara brand, rose colored taper candles are beautiful. They are battery operated and have a lovely flickering flame. I like the moving flame, it gives the tapers a realistic look. Better yet, I really love the fact that they won't burn ones house down if the tapers are accidentally dropped somewhere in your home. The batteries are easy to install with an easy on/off feature on the bottom portion of the candles. This feature is mostly hidden by whatever candle holder they are placed in. The tapers have a coating of real wax over the working column which enhances the realistic look of the candle. I've purchased quite a number of Luminara products and they are all very well made. I replaced all my traditional wax candles with battery operated Luminara candles for reasons of safety. Luminara brand battery operated candles are not inexpensive but, for me, they are worth the price for safety's sake. The batteries will need to be replaced when they run out as with any other battery operated product.

Only one of the two worked but replaced with a new set that is great.
Disappointed that only one of the two candles worked. We've bought tons of candles from this company and this is our only problem with any of their products. Update: They sent us a new set of candles and they look great in the dining room!

Great gifts
I purchased these for my daughters for Christmas.They look real and come in every night and turn off themselves.So much safer than flamed candles and these look real.Yes they are pricey but you get what you pay for with these.

Beautiful…when they work.
I purchased 4 candles not even a year ago. I needed to return two of the, because they didn’t work. I only used three of them in a display throughout the holiday season. They were pretty. I just put the, out again and only one of the four works. They were stored carefully without batteries in them. I am so disappointed. These are not cheap! I put new batteries in them. I cannot recommend them. I gave one star because the one that works looks really nice. So disappointing!

Best candles ever
Luminary candles indoor wax and outdoor are in my opinion the best on the market. Best was, most real looking. Alway flicker flame, no guesswork! Expensive, but beautiful. You get what you pay for! Every time. No corners cut with this company!

Look realistic
The media could not be loaded. I really love these candles. The flame effect is quite realistic. They are made of wax which gives them a nice finish. Pricey, but worth it. I have cats, so real candles are not suitable.

The media could not be loaded. I just love them! I just wish they weren’t as pricey so I can purchase many more. Used to love candles before having my daughter. And finally I can have this as a safer alternative! ❤️
