This comes with hardly any printed instructions, and those that there are are in too small print. I couldn't work out how to get the back off. I was very disappointed in that i had to get a young person to help me learn how to use this phone. The struggle involved was so off-putting that i've set it aside as a spare phone. It has some good points: for instance, the plug for the socket has a good grip for people who have difficulty holding things.

Bought the phone for my 87 yr old mum as she needed a phone that was easy to use. The phone is a little smaller than expected but very neat. Was surprised to receive very basic instructions and didn’t know how to get the back off until I looked at You Tube. On the whole not a bad phone.

the phone is fine ,the major problem was getting the back off and to say its made for the older people such as myself it suprised me that an easy opening back hadnt been taken into consideration,good job my next door neighbour could do it for me

great for my husband who has big hands but the manual is really basic.Doesnt even tell you how too turn it on.For doing what it is made for 9 out off 10.For the manual 1 out off 10.The manual is letting it down big time.

Handy phone was bought for present for person who won't use one! Should be easy to set up if used to a mobile..

It meets my expectations, but it would be really nice if it would have more languages as it has only English, French, Spanish, Italian, and German, and phone's options are spread out on different parts of the menu. Is it possible to add more languages?

The phone is OK but first things first. If you are doing a phone for seniors who may not be tech savvy, it's probably a good idea to put proper instructions with the product. It would also be a good idea to have instructions that you don't need a magnifying glass to read, if you have a product with big buttons so that the numbers easier to read! Having said that, the phone worked just fine but I did return it because it stopped charging.
