Works well for our family's needs
Zojirushi has always been a great brand. This product is the third one I have bought over my adult life. Keeps hot water hot all day and night long without having to reheat each time.

Almost unbelievable
This was a gift for my mother for Christmas. My parents always have the whole family over to their house for Christmas and they are coffee drinkers. This has always been a problem because space limitations and lack of availability of larger coffee makers that would fit in has always been a problem. She'd always have to make 2 pots and eventually, people would wind up with cool coffee since not everyone wanted it at the same time. In comes this Zojirushi SRAG30 Airpot. Now, not being a coffee drinker myself, I did a lot of research in advance. As there wasn't a lot of feedback available for this particular product, I don't know if I just got lucky in picking it or if the limited information was just that accurate, but this thing is literally almost unbelievable. Not only was the coffee made 3 hours before the first cup was pourted still hot when the last cup was poured, but it was hot the next morning, 20 hour later...and still steaming hot the next evening, 30 hours later. This morning, the coffee coming out of it is still apparently steaming. Now while I'm sure it's much cooler than it was when it first went in, the fact that I can still see visible steam rising from what's coming out of it coming up on 2 days later is just amazing. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Now, the scientist in me knows not everyone will get these same results as some external factors most likely played a part in this. For starters, when preparing it for it's first use, I boiled water (raging boil, not just hot tap water) and filled it. I then proceeded to close it up and pump out the hot water which would have increased the pressure of the hot air inside, warming it more. Then after the coffee was put into it, I put it on top of the stove, on which the oven was running periodically throughout the day. I'm sure this helped to keep it hot. However, this was during the winter and a nearby window was open much of the time, so there was also a cooling factor as well.Overall, I can't say enough good about this product. While not the most extravagant gift I purchased this year, it may turn out to be the best as far as doing what it's meant to do.

Didn't remove from box.
I bought a Zojirushi assuming it was made in Japan. This particular airpot was not, and there is no way to know this unless you read the box. I was wrong to assume this was made in Japan, but it wasn't long ago that all Zojirushi products were made in Japan. It may function very well, but it wasn't what I was looking for.

Excellent Beverage Dispenser
I spend a lot of time working on projects at my ranch. I was looking for a sturdy, large-capacity dispenser to keep ice tea cold throughout the day. This dispenser does an excellent job. It is easy to fill, and it is easy to clean following each use. I like it so well that I am going to purchase a second dispenser, so I will have extra capacity, when I go on an overnight camping trip. I would recommend this dispenser to anyone who wants a quality product that keeps your beverage warm / cold for an extended period of time. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Stays hot for the whole day! Outside!
I have four of these dispensers and I use them for collegiate tailgating for my son's lacrosse team. I live in the northeast and our games begin in early February when the weather is in the 30s! I leave these canisters outside with coffee, hot water and hot cider at the games for the parents. Hours and hours later the contents are still steaming hot! I do preheat the canisters before I add the coffee, hot water and cider. I also tested the before and after temperature of the contents one day. I added boiling water to the canister and immediately took the temperature at 8:00 a.m. The temperature was 180 degrees. I brought the canister to the game, had it outside for about four hours (40 degree day) brought it back home and tested the remaining water temperature at 6:00 p.m. The temperature was 170 degrees! These canisters are truly amazing! I started with two and have added one each year! Now everyone depends on me for their hot beverage fix at the games! I've also used them for large family parties. I am able to make coffee ahead of everyone's arrival and hours later it is still hot and ready to serve!UPDATE: It is now the end of 2020. We are no longer at college lacrosse games but continue to m use these all all large gatherings with the exact same result! My mom has even borrowed these for her monthly Quilting Guild gatherings. Still 5 stars and still highly recommend!

Simple construction; keeps beverages hot for several hours; great customer support!
I appreciate reviews that are written after the consumer has owned the product for a while, so here is mine:My headline says it all! I purchased 2 Sojirushi air pots on Sept 29, 2015. They were used regularly in our church ranch community for three or four years. At some point, the little cap at the bottom of the intake straw was lost/broken (don't remember which). What I do remember is that I called the company and they cheerfully replaced the part. I don't know if I had to pay a small amount or if the replacement was free, but I remember being very satisfied with the transaction. Eventually, our community grew smaller, and we also stopped making morning coffee as part of our daily routine, so the air pots were relegated to a high shelf in our kitchen storage area. Today, we are preparing for sustained sub-freezing temperatures here in South Central Texas. Everyone except me is out in the freezing cold winterizing well houses and insulating hose bibs. I decided to pull the pots out to make hot chocolate for our crew to drink throughout the day. As I washed them, I admired the simplicity of design (three parts only) and remembered my transaction with the Zojurshi company with a smile. An expensive purchase (for us anyway), but a good investment!
