Very Technical Build
This tank is intimidating. Definitely more of a teen and up build. Although the plastic isn't as nice as the real deal, it still is a great set.

No directions!
⁶no directions, too complicated for a 10 year old to put together with no direLoctions

Poorly designed
I put together a bunch of non-Lego brands and usually I don’t have many complaints. This set is horrible to try and put together and keep it together! The flaws are in the design! The front end as well as the back end are held on by 2 different parts and they both fail! The running gear constantly falls off!

Fanastic replica and so fun to play with!
I finally found a really good MOC of a tank that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.Pros:-lots of good details due to a well thought out build design-numbered bags following along with your instructions-instructions are well colored and easy to follow-good quality control - pieces were not missing/malformed/broken and fit together snug like the name brand-looks like scale tank and has moving tracksCons:-turret doesn't connect that well so it's a little hard to play with sometimes.-comes with stickers instead of printed piecesoverall a really fun set with moderate building difficulty. definitely a good display set especially if you like military!

Difficult build
I have done over 100 building block sets, including two other dOvOb builds that were complicated models, so I am not a beginner. That said, this is one of the more difficult builds I have done. The instructions were relatively clear with only a few spots that were a bit confusing to make out. The different colors sometimes look similar in the pictures which led to a few spots where I had to go back to undo a brick in order to replace it with the correct color. While the pieces are Lego compatible, they do not connect to each other as easily in many places. There were some spots, including the plates that go over the tank treads, where you have to connect multiple bricks to plates that are only held on by one or two rows of pegs. Other spots required force to get them together but are in an awkward position. In addition to the connectivity issues, there are places where the plates are too close together. A perfect example are some angled plates on the upper front portion. The plates are supposed to form a wedge. They are VERY delicate and when placing other parts around it, they fell off over and over to the point that I finally took the lowers off as they aren't very visible. The hardest part, however, was connecting the upper and lower portions of the tank. After about 20 minutes of trying, I finally just gave up and set it on top rather than connecting it. You have to push the top connection into the lower portion blindly, literally. You can't see either part that you have to connect. I have included a picture of what the parts look like.If you are planning to display the tank, some of these issues aren't as important. If the model will be played with, they will become an issue. While I honestly love the other models by dOvOb I have built, this one isn't a build that I can recommend.

Quality
This kit is awful you will spend more time rebuilding the same two section you just completed. I've built multiple kits like this and this by far the worst I've ever seen. Returning it ASAP

Nice gift!
Definitely a great gift for those that collect and like to build model tanks.Every piece is perfectly detailed. Even the little men have little details.Building it is a bit of work. Took my 13 year old two days to build it and get it all together. I honestly don’t even think he finished. He just got to a good stopping point and took a break. I will update with pictures once it’s all done.He was super excited and happy with it though. He loves this kind of stuff and is always collecting whatever he can get his hands on.The pieces are really small so I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for the younger kids. It also a little on the harder side so not friendly for beginners.

Looks nice but only for decoration
Bedore I begin this review, I want to make a disclaimer. This is not my first rideo; meaning, I have built many non Lego brand building bricks/blocks. Most are decent and a good number have a problem here or there. Several the bricks do not fit correctly, they can be too loose or too tight. Several of these need a lot of improvement on the instructions. Usually, most have slight coloration problems or plastic "flash" (excess plastic). When I saw this German tank set, I knew I had to have it. Lego will not do military type sets unless they are complete fictional. I was only hesitant because of the brand and have not been fortunate enough to get a good set from this brand. After receiving the set, I did not start on it right away. When I did get to it, I was happy to see the bag numbers. This set follows these bag numbers. This really helped me in seperating the pieces and did not need a huge amount of space. Each of the bags had large parts and smaller bags with many smaller parts. It was relatively easy to seperate all the parts and build.Like many if these non Lego brand bricks, parts did not snap tigether and required a heavy pinch and even a small plastic mallet to make sure they were down all the way. The mini figs do not really need to be shown how to put the legs on or the 2 sections of the "body" because they were already complete. I put the little helmets on, the "hands" and used the instructions for weapons. There were 4 extra weapons.I began building the tank and noticed the instructions called for stickers right away. You may be able to see the pieces with the stickers on the inside from the ohotos I have included.Several if the pieces were warped badly. This made them difficult to put on because they just pulled themselves apart. I assembled the sections seperate and then out them on and used a small amount of heat to help straighten the parts before outting them back on.Some oarts would not stay on during assembly. Fir these few oarts, I did use a little bit of glue. Honestly, I should never have to resort to glue or heat to put together building blocks/bricks.Be careful, unlike many of these off brands, there were hardly any extra pieces. I think I had a total of 4 extra pieces not including the weapons or the other parts that were never called for.The track does not mive very well for some reason. This will make it difficult for children to play with it. This is mainly why I said it is for decoration.Use gloves or some other tool if you do not want the stickers to have your finger prints. Many of these stickers barely fit on the parts, they are the same size.Overall, I was satisfied with this set. A lot of decoration and details are in it. I do have trouble opening the inside, the parts come off. I also never figured out the track. No olace for the little mini-figs but did kinda trick and had them on for display.I do recommeend this set if you like tanks and building bricks.
