This product, I put in my strawberry smoothie in the morning when needed. It works. I am very satisfied with this product. The only bad thing I have to say about this product is: It cost a lot of money, and the container is only half full. I could not believe it when I took it out the box. I was so disappointed with that because of the cost. $70 is a lot of money for a half empty container. That was really disappointing. Just use a smaller container.

Within few days of taking the supplement and the beginning of the Keto Zone diet I have lost four pounds. Today I added 30 minutes of walking. No cravings for bread or sweets. Looking forward to my future. I am 74 years old and I will never go back to eating carbs and sugars. I am very satisfied. Thank you.

I was so excited to get this; and than became extremely irritated when I saw the quantity of the unopened container- LESS THAN HALF FULL! Feels a bit like false weights & measures to me. For that; 3 stars before even opening.

This product is awesome! Gets you in ketosis with one scoop and as long as you follow a ketogenic diet you stay in ketosis. No keto flu!! If you start to feel achy, take 1 scoop! I then also use the product after I've been in ketosis on my own for a few weeks, to get an extra boost of energy or if I've had a carb slip up. As for taste, I add this to a protein shake so I can't taste it. This product works as advertised and is well worth the money!

Love this stuff, but prefer the lime flavor. It's a bit sweet for my taste (low tolerance for sweet though). I cut it with a squeeze of lemon and was just fine! It's a little hard to blend into water. I have not tried shakes. I just stir it before I drink. I feel it really does help. I drink it daily.

I HAVE GREAT SUCCESS WITH THESE PRODUCTS. I WISH WE COULD GET A BETTER PRICE IF GOT ON A MONTHLY BASIS, UNTIL STOP NEEDING IT.

It arrived fast.The taste is awful. It's taste like crushed aspirins withthe smell of coconut.I tried mixing it with my coffee and could not swallow it down.I have to mix it with sugar free lemonade to drink it.Also it doesn't put me inthe ketozone. Since I spent $70 on less than half on this container, I might as well finish it.2/11/19I think that it only changes the color on your strips when you take it but it don't last long. In order for it to show you in "ketosis" you have to drink it everyday unless is BS. Makes you wonder if you're really in ketosis or just a chemical that reacts to the strip to change color. I'm thinking now that the company is deceiving us all.
