I wouldn’t recommend buying this. I bought one and within 3 months I had to send it back for a replacement. I went to use the new one after having it for five months and it’s been put up for the winter for 4 of those months and it’s not working. So literally used both for a total of 3 month and they are both broken.

I love this vacuum. Easy to use, works great and is easy to clean. I had to contact customer service and I was extremely pleased with the service. I will definitely be buying more products from them soon

I used this in conjunction with my Polaris pool vacuum. At first, I was thrilled with the cleaning results. I took excellent care of the vacuum, I charged it indoors, when I would use it in the pool I would ensure that the red plug was inserted and would set a timer so that I would never have the vacuum sitting in the water after the cleaning cycle ended. One night, it docked itself after only 40 minutes of cleaning, it had been fully charged previous to using. I pulled the vacuum from the pool and it was making this odd noise like it was running. I could not turn the vacuum off or on, the running noise continued for about an hour. None of the sensor lights were on but the noise continued. Then it just died. I tried recharging it but none of the sensor lights would turn on. I am returning it and they are sending me a replacement model. I will update on the performance of the new vacuum. While this isn’t the most expensive vacuum, I would hope that $250 would buy more than two weeks of use. Again, I use this in conjunction with my Polaris vacuum and a pool service. It was more of a supplement to get the fine sand and grit that collects at the bottom of the pool.

Worked great for a few months; would get clogged easily, but able to manually unclog and keep going. But has completely stopped charging after 4 months. Not worth the money, keep looking; company has yet to respond to my inquiry submitted several weeks ago

We have a 25000 gallon in ground pool that stretches from 3 feet deep to 10 feet deep by the diving board. This vacuum goes up and down the incline with ease.

Works good most of the time. A few times so far it didn’t clean everything. I’m not sold on it yet for the money.

This has such good suction and works great but this is the second one I’ve gotten. Both of them the clips have broken off.

This is a cheap pool robot. After about 4-5 uses it just stopped working, won’t charge, won’t come on anymore. Before it was decent, doesn’t replace having to vacuum manually but did some midweek cleaning that wasn’t great but decent. Either way it won’t last and would recommend buying a better robot which is pricer but at least it works. Don’t buy this
