I love these
I was worried with the black that it may burn the bread but it doesn’t. This makes perfect square sandwich bread absolutely love them. I’m probably gonna buy two more so I can do four loaves at a time because we use a lot of bread. We do not buy store bread.

Nice
I used these for the first time today and my bread came out great. I did however put to much dough in one of the pans so I strongly suggest you weigh the dough before rising.

Great for meatloaf
I know it’s touted for use w bread baking and I’m sure it’s great for that, but it made a perfect meatloaf w less mess. Nice and moist. Easy clean up

Poor Quality
The black coating easily chips and coats the bread during baking

More than meets the eye
I was initially skeptical about these pans. I thought they were going to be rather small. They are significantly shorter than, say, a retail loaf of bread. However, they are DEEP; in fact, they are a bit too deep for me to feel comfortable using them in my countertop air fryer oven as I had hoped. I even needed to move my top rack and bake the bread on the lower rack due to the height of the pan. It is too hot to be baking regular bread in the oven, so I baked a double-batch of cheddar garlic biscuit mix into a loaf. I was a bit worried about possible leakage through the little vent holes on the bottom, but it was actually only a tiny drop per hole. I lightly brushed the pan with some canola oil, but the siliconized nonstick coating was sufficient to prevent sticking. I even needed to move my top rack and bake the bread on the lower rack due to the height of the pan. When time was up, my bread easily slid out. I did not use the pullman lid on this loaf because I wanted a brown and somewhat crispy top. Only a few crumbs stayed in the corners, but they came out easily enough with the help of an old toothbrush I keep in my dishwasher for these kinds of jobs. My bread turned out nicely - the bottom was nicely browned, and the loaf cooked evenly. The pan is remarkably well-constructed of sturdy steel. Handwashing and avoiding the use of metal utensils will add many years to the usefulness of these pans.
