I installed these in my office/movie room and we love turning the lights off and experimenting with the cool colors. They are bright, were easy to install and are great quality. Would purchase again.

The media could not be loaded.  Highly recommend these lights I have about 20 of them around my whole house outside. Been having them for over two years now and haven’t had really any problems other than sometimes losing Wi-Fi signal due to Internet connection other than that they are great they really do draw a lot of positive attention with being able to change any color you want with various different modes i’m always getting compliments on my home. And when I turned them to white, they brighten up my whole neighborhood at night great product.

The installation was simple. Connecting to the WiFi seemed not easy; we had to turn off the 5G until, finally, we got all the lights going. The process was simple while it worked, but overall complicated, as not all lights were discovered. Spent hours getting all 6 lights to work with the App.

I do love these lights, I am remodeling my house and the just white ones are half the cost so I use those where It makes sense but they also don't have wifi capabilities. These are just as bright when white and can be controlled to do what ever you'd like. Install is pretty easy with the push lock style connectors in the junction box. If you need to remove any wires from the push lock, hold the wire steady and twist the connector clockwise and counterclockwise and it'll come out easily. App works well most of the time, sometimes a light will take a second to change colors or turn on via wifi control, likely an issue with slow internet. I've emailed the company about the failed light without any response yet(4weeks waiting now). Contrary to my thoughts when it stopped reacting to app commands, it's not the junction box but the light itself. Side effect was it just reacted to the light switch like a normal light, no app control at all. Would buy again. Also, great for only fan nudes and foot pics, really sets the mood!

Retrofit made the switch very easy. To replace actual physical units was very easy and quick. Configuring the 6 lights needed a little patience but in the end it all connected and worked flawlessly with google home voice commands. There are two lights to the unit, a ring around the main center light which looks amazing. The drop in price and coupon made this a great deal! Very happy with this purchase.

I swear, 90% of Amazon reviews have gotta be bots. I took a gamble on these lights, as they were more expensive than I'd like and I'd never heard of the company, but they seemed to have most of the features I was looking for. I wanted to get color changing smart lights for my little home music studio, with audio reactivity so it could change colors as I play. Maybe I just totally missed it in the advertising, but I thought the ENTIRE light would change colors, not just the outer rim. But no, just the rim, and the center can only be warm or cold white light. The rim itself isn't bright enough to light up the room adequately, and the main lights themselves are so bright they completely overshadow any color from the edges. The music reactivity is also ONLY via your phone's microphone, and seemingly only while the app is actively open, which is awful. It's made equally useless by the fact that there is a massive delay between making sound and any noticeable light change. Even my $10 cheap LED strips have built in microphones that react to audio better than these do.The app itself is god awful. It has 2.5 stars on the play store, which is generous imo. It took several tries to connect, and then turning lights on and off via the app only works about half the time. I tried grouping all five lights I'm using, but it wouldn't let me group more than three at a time, and seemingly at random (only a max of two other lights would show as options to group). The automation options are abysmal, as I can't turn on any of the color changing scenes by automation, nor can I activate the music reactivity. I don't even want to try hooking it up to Google assistant like I do my other lights, because if the app itself is this unreliable in its control, voice control is bound to be just as bad or worse.I am honestly bummed I just spent $100+ and lots of time to set these up and get these working, only to be so very disappointed by the result. I should have just caved and bought the stupid expensive Phillips ones or something. But after all that work to even just get up to the ceiling and install these, I'm just going to have to make do with these awful "smart" lights until I can afford something better.

The media could not be loaded.  I decided to replace the incandescent recessed lights with retrofits that fit into the cans. Unfortunately the light wasn’t very even and they didn’t dim smoothly or to a very low level. So I thought I would try the Cloudy Bay lights and boy am I glad I did! It was a bit of work to remove the old cans and wire in the Cloudy Bay lights, but they are so much better quality than the previous ones I had in there. They give a very nice even light and they dim very smoothly from 100% down to 26% with the dimmer I’m using. I also like the fact that inside each control box there are push to connect wire connectors already installed, which saves time and hassle during installation.
