These work very well.
These are very comfortable. The installation does not provide solid feedback that they are properly installed.

Doesn't click in and fit
Like others have mentioned - while it does go at the end of the mag, it doesn't click in with the piece of plastic that is in the mag (that sits on top of the springs). I've gone back and fourth with all these pieces, and none of them clicked. I then installed the original grip and original extension along with another brand's extension (that was pricier) and they all clicked without issue. Proceeded to try these again, with no click, and then went back to my originals, which all clicked. You don't want to have your mag grip extension fall off on you when it counts most. I was really hoping these would be a good deal/buy as they feel great while on, but I can't deal with them not clicking in place.

Overall good needed a little bit of adjustment to get it to click in correctly
Overall I'm rather happy with them as they make the flush mags usable without my pinky hanging free with nothing to grip but air. I had to take a file to the back of the aperture in order to get the butt-plate on the bottom of the spring to click into place because it didn't quite line up exactly but with only a little bit of attention from my sculpting/modeling files it locked into place just fine. I would definitely buy these again if I needed more of them.

Same issue as others - it does not click into place, do not buy
I was hoping this would be a more budget friendly option to the well known pearce grip extention, but it turned out to be a poor attempt to copy that does not work. I ordered a three pack and every single one of them does not click in place on both of my mags. I read other reviews that stated the same and was hoping that the issue was address, however it does not appear to be the case and they do not fit. The original cover fits fine, as well as the factory extention included - both work great and click firmly in place. However, these do not click and no matter how much you push it or wiggle it, they do not lock in place. I had to return them. I guess it is possible to modify them and enlarge the hole, but that would compromize the integrity and not something that the end user should do anyway. It is a very simple part and it looks like it was not molded correctly.Do not buy these until manufacturer addresses the issue and release an updated, fixed version that clicks in place as it should.

These don't fit
When I put this on the magazine it would not click into place. Since they won't click they will slide off. I returned them.

Good pinky promise extension for Shield Plus 10rd
I have larger hands (can palm a basketball) and short mags are always significantly less comfortable to hold so adding a pinky extension is a good way to actually get to use the shorter/flush fit 10rd Shield Plus 9mm magazine. Installation is simple and you just need a small flat head screwdriver or small punch to remove the factory base pad and while holding the spring down, insert the new pinky extension base pad and slide it on until it clicks. Pay attention to the groves/slots in the mag and base pad to align properly. Mine were a little tough to get the full click, but pressing hard the stop moved into place and the new base pad was secure. These base pads are just molded plastic, similar to the factory base pad. Quality seems to be good. I don’t typically drop my mags, so I didn’t perform a drop test or torture test to see if these will break, but the plastic/nylon seems to be durable and I don’t think they would break if just dropped on an empty mag. Overall, a great value for a set of 3 base pads.

Fits 9mm Shield Plus 10rd PERFECTLY
I was hesitant at first after reading some of the mixed reviews, but decided to pull the trigger (pun intended). When installing, take the floor plate catch off the original magazine to use for the new one. Place the catch over the magazine spring then slide the new floor plate into place and it snaps super smooth.
