Let me start by saying how much this vest met my expectations I bought a large which I wasn't sure would fit properly but it did and is very comfortable. I have that "muffin top" and when I put it on I felt and seen a difference I actually felt good about looking at myself in the mirror I've only had this a week now and will update when I start losing weight. I am very happy with my purchase.

I normally wear a large, but should have ordered an XL, as this is very tight. I also wish I would have ordered one with zipper closure instead, after working out, to pull this over my head is another workout.

This would be great if you have a realistic sizing chart for the product. If you wear an extra large get a 2 x or 1x I can get in it but I t feels and looks like I’m wearing a corset. Not to mention it a darn fight to get in and off. Definitely needed a few sizes up

Not great for daily use
Fit nice and snug size was perfect but I've worn it 3 times and it had a small tear on ther seam o will show it but not great for daily use.

Goldilocks Syndrome: Does not fit as expected. Either too small or too large, takes at least 3 tries to get it just right. :(
This item is made of a scuba-like/wet suit material.If you don't order exactly the perfect size, for easy on/off wear, you won't wear it, b/c it's too loose to be effective or on the worse side... too hard to get on. :|I ordered this item twice, once too large and once too small, and now I missed my return deadline to return it. :(This is the kind of item, better bought in-store; where you get to try it on first.Don't bother ordering online.

Exactly what I expected love it.
Exactly what I expected love it ... Future buyers advice take off right after work out! I wore mines home after the gym and could barely get it off due to the sweat drying up and then my skin broke out....never made that mistake again

It was not true to size so I never was able to reach benefits from the product.

Works very well. Not very smelly like the reviews said just a basic plastic smell. Wouldn't say it runs super small. I am usually a large or extra larger and wanted it a little tight so the large is perfect.
