I like the feel of this blocking board. It feels very sturdy. The metal rods easily fit in the holes for quick setup.I like the way my granny square look after this blocking, very neat and uniform. In the past, l just steamed my squares with an iron. This blocking tool works better and no burnt fingers!When l finish a square, l mist it lightly with water. Then l put each corner on a peg to stretch the square. There are enough pegs to place several on each side to keep the sides straight. Then l work another square and put it on top. The blocking tool has room for several layers of squares.Helpful Tip if you have a cat... My cat cannot resist rubbing his face on the rods. He has knocked the blocking board off the table many times already. Now l keep my spray bottle handy and just spritz him if he starts messing with it. He is learning to leave it alone.

Nice and sturdy, looks exactly like the photos. The crochet on the listing is fake but it functions as expected with real granny squares as well. May be worth it to get additional pins for larger squares though.
