ADC 605G Adscope Model 605 Premium Infant Clinician Stethoscope, Gray

I am a nursery RN. I listen to the heart and breath sounds of 3-10 infants each day at work. I purchased this so I wouldn't have to fight my co-workers for the few stethoscopes that are left in the nursery (they keep disappearing, and management has encouraged us to get our own because they won't be replacing the ones that have disappeared).First thing I noticed is that this scope is very positional. The buds need to be in my ears in a very specific position to hear anything. That being said, once I get the right position, the sound quality is amazing. I love this scope. It is perfect for listening to brand new infants.I ordered the metallic pink, and I am pleased with the color. I wanted something different from any of the colors that management has provided, so that it would be obvious that this is not hospital property. Many of my fellow nurses have commented on how pretty the color is.We have the Littmann stethoscopes at work, and this Adscope performs as well as they do. The price is much lower and the quality is just as good.

After reading the reviews I decided to buy & I must say I was very impressed at how clearly I can hear heart & lung sounds on a newborn. The fit is comfortable after switching to the larger ear pieces. The price point is great! I didn't want to buy another Littman after it disappeared on me (those things have little legs on L&D units and just wander off). I know L is the standard for stethoscopes, but honestly I like this one better!

After having had my orange-colored pediatric Littman stetoscope for less than 6 months, it got stolen. I was furious and sad. I have replaced it with this one in light blue, and it works just as good as the Littman. The pro of this one vs Littman is it is lighter and more flexible, which I like a lot. It is exactly as the pics show and works great! I just wish I could get another one in orange!

I love the color and it works very well while listening to my neonate patients. The only complaint is the the ear pieces...they are a bit uncomfortable and hurt my ears if at a slightly wrong angle. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase and definitely happy with the price!

Got this to save some money instead of getting a littman. Works great, super cute! Almost everyone on my unit has this brand. I am able to hear heart and lung sounds clearly, even with all the commotion of a delivery.

I recently started a new job as a birth response/nursery nurse. This stethoscope works great and the color is a bonus. I like the label that came with it allowing me to label it.

I am a labor and delivery nurse and this is the perfect size for newborns! I can hear perfect! Great quality!

I bought this while in midwifery school and the sounds are clear and it is very well built
