I’ll start off by saying wow, these multi-vitamins are loaded with high amounts of essential vitamins and minerals compared to others. Some are way over the daily values too. I usually prefer to take a gummy, but I will take a pill if need be. I thought these would be a great multivitamin for me till I found out that the serving size is three tablets daily and the tablets are quite big (see picture). I don’t think I could take three of these tablets every day since I take a few other supplements as well, too many pills for me. They are a little on the pricey side too. I will say though, if you don’t mind swallowing pills these would be a great choice for you considering the amounts of the essential vitamins and minerals in these tablets.

This multivitamin supplement is a good size, easy to swallow, no weird taste. Good formula.

The dosage is three tablets per day, which is more than the standard two. The tablets overall are easy to swallow.

It's a good blend of vitamins and minerals, but the pills are rather large, don't taste or smell very good, and each dose is THREE of the pills. So bear that in mind if you have problems with the taste of supplements or if you have problems taking larger pills. Like I mentioned before though, if you can get past all that, it's a very extensive list of ingredients, all good. Good value

This review is for Lab Nutrition Adult, Men & Women Multivitamin Supplement. This product contains an impressive amount of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes. The capsules are average sized & easy to swallow and the suggested dosage is 3 capsules preferably with a meal. These were made in USA with ingredients that are domestic and imported.

By far the worst tasting vitamin I've ever had! They went straight into the trash and I can deal with lots of flavors and textures. made my urine so dark - do not recommend.
