Italtrike Spoke Champion Tricycle Ride On, 16"

This is a very nice tricycle and will hold up well to my 4 year old grandson. He got it for his birthday and insisted on taking it trick or treating, which we did! It has been well worth the expense.

This is one of the only tricycles available that has a nice big front wheel for and yet is not a “Big Wheel” style trike. This tricycle is pretty much all steel besides the seat and the pedals. The tires are solid rubber so no need to worry about air in them. My daughter, who is now five, fits it easily without her knees hitting the handlebars. My one year old son has a way to go before he’s big enough. The seat can be adjusted up or down. I would recommend this trike which is a lot like the ones a lot of us had as kids. The one downside I noticed was the basket was not as shown in the picture and didn’t fit quite right.

Needed a bigger tricycle for our special needs son that can't ride a bike. He is 40lbs and this tricycle is the perfect size for him. The instructions on putting it together were a little confusing (It's all on one single page) and I didn't use the tools they give you I used my own. The white rubber handles are extremely hard to get on. I tried with all my strength and I could not get them on past the halfway point. Some of the nuts didn't fit properly and were more then likely machined wrong but it was just for the little splash fender so its was not a safety issue. Some of the plastic parts didn't fit correctly once the tricycle was put together but it was more of a cosmetic issue then a safety issue. The plastic guard around the spokes is a good touch. It will keep little fingers from getting tangled.My son loves the tricycle and he rides it all the time without issue.
