Padded
The storage is cute as a Mario theme. However, we did not like that the compartments were able to move. The velcro did not make them stay very well. It does feel padded to help prevent damage while traveling with our switch.

Soooooo good
Our son bought this with his allowance money, and he LOVES it. We have smaller cases but we bought this one for him immediately because the others he wanted were not as cute and twice the price. He is so happy with the sturdiness of it even packed with his stuff and he can’t wait to take it with us on vacation this summer!
