This IS GREAT QUALITY! It is not lacking!I did not want to buy gummies for my teens and husband. But i needed to get the magnesium glycinate in them. Most other gummies have a lessor amount of what you are looking for in it ,compared to the caplets from the same company.This helped my family re schedule their sleep for school as well as got deeper sleep. leg cramps stopped. I seriously look forward to taking this gummy every night! It definitely has a sweet tart type flavor that will make you make a funny face, but if you like sweet tarts then this is the one for you! Yes, it is sour (think sour patch kid level sour), but I like that. It worked to help me sleep.

Flavor is fruity and tastes good. Helped me with muscle pain and restless leg. Seems to help you relax so you go to sleep quicker.
