not as good as an old fashion spit shine but a whole lot quicker. only for full-grain leather. good if you're in a hurry, no one will notice.

What a great product! I love that it didn’t make my matte boots too shiny, but just made it look conditioned and evened out the color. The only complaint I have is that it runs out quickly. I have tall hunter boots, and I started to run out halfway through the second boot and to work to stretch the product until the end. I was refurbishing my boots that had been left on my porch and neglected for a long time, though, so if I had kept up on routine maintenance, I probably would have had enough to do a full treatment on both boots

Good product.I purchased a pair of Hunter Boots for my wife last year... holy cow, they weren't cheap. Having said that, I read that they were the best and I also thought the baby blue color I picked out was cute.Fast forward... the boots started to have a chalky and dull look to them of late. My wife has always kept them clean after use, however, this hasn't stopped the baby blue color from dulling.As you can see in the images, this shiner worked great and brought these boots back to life. I am interested to see how many applications of the boot shiner I will get from this sponge. Additionally, I'm not sure how long this new coat will last before the boots start to get dull again.Either way, at this time my wife is happy and we all know how that goes... a happy wife makes for a happy house. :)If you found my review helpful, please let me know below. I have a pair of black Croc Sanrah sandals that are three years old. They have worn exceptionally well and don’t need replacing; they’re my favorite. However, they lost that soft matte glow they had when new. I looked for a colorless product that wouldn’t harm the material when I found this. It worked perfectly! I’m in love with my Croc Sanrah sandals again! Will definitely use on the navy and the white sandals too!

Love the product, works wonderfully, but comes with no instructions on how to open and use on initial use... had to google instructions. Once I figure out works fabulously on the boots.. what a shine!!

Go ahead and buy it. The sponge really works! It took away the cloudy look on my boots and made them shiny again like new. Since this is a common occurrence for Hunter Boots, having this product seems necessary. I think the sponge will need to be used every now and then to keep your boots looking fresh, but I don't mind a little maintenance for my boots to look new! Excellent product. Highly recommend.

This is a great product! Was quite easy to use and made 5-year old Hunter boots, worn in paddocks and wash bays, look brand new. It even made the white patches disappear! The very reasonable price makes this purchase well worth it - love it and will definitely keep a supply of these at hand.

This product did make a difference on my 1 year old Hunter boots. Although there is not much product. I got one boot polished up by the time I got to the second the sponge was drying out.

I honestly did not think I would be amazed at a rubber boot cleaner, but this has proved me wrong. Our 7 year old wellies get loads of use across muddy fields and camp sites. I would clean with a hose pipe and sometimes a bit of soapy water but there was always mud staines. The Hunter boot buffer was used first it cleaned all Staines off and left a nice finish and then I gave it a rub with the Hunter Boot Shine. The finish is amazing better than new. I wish I had discovered this stuff years ago to protect and maintain a great finish on boots. They will of course be caked in mud in a few weeks but I think a 6 monthly pamper with this and the Hunter Buffer will keep them looking like new. You have polish for leather shoes this stuff for rubber boots is a must to care and protect these.
