Smelt musty
The rug arrived vac packed- not a problem,except it reeked of damp! It stank my daughter’s bedroom out so I washed it on a 30 degree wash & the underlay shrank,so I’ve had to bin it. Waste of money.

Not what I expected!
It's very thin, more of a bedroom rug. It feels very slippy under my feet so I will prob need to gift it to someone as my husband isn't steady on his feet so might be a hazard for him. I have bought a tictok shop rug in the past and its more that quality which was much cheaper! My opinion its not what I expected so a bit disappointed

Looks good on the pic but when it comes it has the cheap back that when you've been on the carpet for a while it starts moving the top of the carpet and starts curling up. It's ok if you only want it for a short while. I sent back as I knew it wouldn't for me and I didn't want to waste money

Beautiful, vivid colour and so so soft!
This was better than expected. The size is accurate and in my living room looks huge! I have two kittens who are being litter trained at the moment, they had a little accident on the rug. I nervously put it in the washing machine, but it washed perfectly and I hung it over the door to dry and it didn't take long at all. I don't know if it would be okay in the dryer, so I thought it best not to risk it. My suggestion is keep the flyer that it comes with as this tells you the temperature it's best washed at and other vital and useful information.Enjoy!
