At 6'5 I'm a pretty large guy. So when I hurt my knee and looked at the size options, of course I selected "Large".... big mistake! This is comically large.... HUGE. I take some blame for not understanding what I was getting. This isn't just for "large people", I guess it's for situations where you need a larger-than-normal ice pack.That's just a heads up for people...Anyway, it's well made, the stitching is good, it seems like a nice sturdy pack, just be careful that you're getting the right pack for the right situation, and that it's not like buying a pair of pants in terms of sizing...

When you suffer from headaches or migraines, it is nice to have an ice pack that wraps all the way around and on top. I wish it stayed colder longer, but then it would have to be thicker.On a funny note, everyone says I look like one of the characters from Tron. So no I'm not posting a photo. Haha

Great product, covers neck, traps, upper back and partial shoulders, I have cervical spine issues and this covers pain area perfectly, stays cold long, covers better than previous one I purchased, I am putting velcro on front to help stay in better even though falling down hasn't been an issue, great product and great price

i have small head so not surprising it does not fit perfect. i've tried several others and this is my favorite migraine icepack due to neck/base coverage but unfortunately there is nothing to adhere it to that area better except laying on a pillow or using a head wrap, which also adheres the top cap better- another reviewer states top needing side velcro which is 100% accurate, but a wide stretchy headband or turban/towel wrap does the trick too, and may keep cooler longer as well. they also sell a sleeve to place this in but it still does not have better velcro coverage to secure top nor back of neck and in my opinion would just reduce the coldness (or heat) of the pack itself so i didn't bother. great coverage and pack itself but needs actual wearing improvements. returned and kept 3 different full cap/hat versions that adhere to my smaller head better and easier because after all less fuss when you have a migraine wins.

This Mr Ice neck wrap has a generous amount of gel and lasts a long time. The problem lies with the size of the ice pack. It seems to be made for small statured folks. I have a 16" neck and larger than average shoulders. The Mr Ice will not fit all the way around and fasten. I am using a work around way to fasten it but I'd advise anyone with a larger neck size to avoid being disappointed in this product.

The product works as expected

I purchased 3 caps to try out as a supplement to a paxman medical grade cold cap for chemo and as a migraine relief cap. This one seemed to have the highest quality materials and good heft from the cooling gel. I could feel the cold from the gel even before freezing it. It is also pretty versatile because you can use it on other parts of the body. Unfortunately, the head fit wasn’t tight enough because it has kind of a square shape to it as you can see from their photos. I think for migraine relief it would be sufficient, but not for chemo. It does extend down the neck which may be beneficial for some migraine sufferers as well. Again, weird fit but high quality product and easy to use.

This is fairly large but straps on really well. It's the coldest ice pack I've tried so be sure to have some material between it and your body. Hint ~ when I've used it I roll it up carefully so it fits better next time. The velcro straps hold it firmly. It comes with a zippy freezer bag so it doesn't get ice on the surface that melts into your clothing.
