This is a very solid piece of round stainless steel with an equally solid handle attached. It is well made and very easy to clean and goes in the dishwasher. Perfect for pressing your burgers into shape before cooking and ensuring even cooking in the pan. Can be used too on other meats.

This item works exactly as described. Place your burger onto the grill/BBQ and use the press to flatten the burger. If you apply more pressure you get a really thin, smash-burger which cooks very quickly and obviously if you use less pressure you still get a thinner burger which cooks a bit quicker than normal. Helps to stop your burger shrinking too much that it doesn't completely fit the bun which is great as that's what usually happens. Overall very happy with this product and definitely recommend!

I've actually been making my own burgers lately, I had never realised how easy it was but I did find they were always too thick, then this appeared so I thought I'd try it. It works exactly as designed and works well, I've managed to flatten out my burgers evenly and at a decent size so they cook faster. The press is well made, easy to clean and the perfect size.At just under £14 I think it's a fair price, it's definitely useful and if you're making burgers every day I don't think you could do without this, if you're making them once in a blue moon then I think it comes down to whether it's within your means or not. Overall though, I've found it very useful.
