Bovie Medical AA01 High Temperature Fine Tip Electrocautery (Pack of 10)

I ordered this cautery unit advertised as "CAUTERY FINE TIP HI TEMP10/BX Bovie Medical Industries, Inc." from Rymat Wellness because I needed them in a hurry to donate to a colleague going overseas on a mission trip. This appeared to be the same as I usually get 10 per box.These always come 10 per box.Today it came in as a single cautery unit with a comment: "THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE (1) CAUTERY. "I reviewed the Amazon advertisement, the comment was not on it, but the 10/BX is prominent in the name.I called Rymat to discuss this the website phone number did not take messages. It gave another phone number to call. by this time I was disgusted. I will point out that the label says these are sold by prescription only.As a physician I expected this to come as it normally does- 10/box.So this is a single use item sold out of its usual container, by RX which was never asked for, is not as advertised, and the company does not easily allow resolution of complaints.I will not be ordering from or recommending RYMAT WELLNESS for any reason.
