The strawberry tastes like Nesquik, and the chocolate like a regular chocolate milk drink. Boost is smooth as protein drinks go. My 9 year old who is very picky will drink the chocolate. My pediatrician actually recommended them. I throw the other ones in my bag in case I am out and can’t get home for lunch. I have a sensitive stomach and have never had a problem. These are satisfying and hold me over.
