My grandchildren and I enjoy reading about Sam Squirrels, adventures .When we had finished reading the new book ,, my Grandaughter ( age 7 ) said " Well Nan we have learned how to cross the road safely ..and take care of our friends '"Yes " said my granson age 3, "And I do love Sam "Think this book is as big a hit as the first one, and we can not wait for a follow up .

I purchased numerous copies of the first Book so had to buy this copy too, my grandsons love these books, they are a fantastic read for the young aswell as the old, the story is rhyming and tells children about caring and friendship which is not shown enough nowadays, the illustrations by Izzy Bean are outstanding again, well worth a read. Great value for money, vibrant colours and well presented.
