Ordered one of these for my husband. It works really well for keeping hot coffee cup heat from your hands. Smelled a little funny when we first got it because of the neoprene material that it is made out of...but the smell went away pretty quickly. The company emailed me to check on my purchase and I let them know about the smell. They offered to send me a new one for free, but that was overkill. Figured it would dissipate and it did. But Very cool of the company to offer...they obviously have a high focus on customer service.

Excellent grip for me. A simple idea but will save cardboard. I was tired of using cardboard grips (like Starbucks) as I am trying to reduce my waste/recycling. Small step I know but have to start somewhere. These seem to be able to be used a very long time.

Pretty slick. Flexible, soft, well made. It was a gift for my coworker. I'm a jealous actually. I just thought it was nice to protect you from the heat, but honestly now I always know which cup is not mine. I wish they had more patterns to choose from.
