This is particularly important for me, as one of my dogs is a Whippet, and they have an especially sensitive response to any handling.The clipper is high quality and works well on both giant breed nails and Whippet nails. The grinding took a bit of practice at first, but by the time I reached the second paw, I had the hang of it, and it worked wonderfully. Before I used to only clip nails, which often led to nail splitting. The grinder minimizes or even prevents nail splitting, making a noticeable difference.The fact that the device is cordless is a huge plus for working with more anxious dogs, as it allows for more freedom of movement.

It's not really quiet. But it grinds the nail so quickly resulting in less stress, overall. There is training advice included, if you haven't trained a dog to allow nail cutting - and they are accurate instructions. The light is useful and tool is easy to hold and seems quite sturdy. I'm unlikely to use the nail trimmer included. I'm happy with this tool and definitely recommend.

This grinder made my life much easier. My dog isn't afraid anymore. It lets me do the nails without a fuss. Saving some money on groomers.

The media could not be loaded. Looking forward to use them on my pooch as her nails grown so fast, and I'm a bit scared to use nail clippers, because she got black nails and I can't see what I am doing.She is definitely not scared of them as I was switching them on next to her, let her sniff and get used to.I try them on my nails, so grinder is good quality, does not sharp nails while grinding & got safety on so you can't go wrong with it.Size is perfect for home grooming.

Seems like a great product, but noisier than expected and dog even after trying to slowly introduce would not allow it anywhere near her paws due to the noise I believe.

I bought this because my dog is getting older and not as mobile now and not wearing his nails down as much leading to overgrowing claws. He is not a fan of getting his nails trimmed so using this to gently grind the nails to a proper length really helped to keep calm. The clippers included are good as the cup prevents taking too much off. The grinder is quiet and quick so much better for canine nail care.

Of course Zen Dog hates them. He hates EVERYTHING to do with grooming. But...even though Zen Dog hates them so much that he screams like a pterodactyl toddler, I LOVE this high quality set! The value for the price is phenomenal! You will NOT be disappointed. Super comfortable in hand, and very lightweight, quiet, and easy to use. It's only Zen Dog that makes it difficult. I hafta go in at lightning speed and do as much as I can as fast as I can, but these are perfect, because they have great speed, as well. Sometimes, unfortunately, that means that for my high maintenance drama king pooch, it takes TWO DAYS to get all his nails sanded. I should seriously start doing video reviews of Zen Dog in all his glory. He makes me laugh so hard. He's lucky I love him so much!

Ho sempre avuto problemi a tagliare le unghie alla mia bassotta: non potevo minimamente avvicinarmi alle zampe perché iniziava ad agitarsi; abbiamo provato anche a tagliarle le unghie in due persone, ma non c'è stato mai nulla da fare... finora mi era andata bene, in quanto un po' le mangiava, ma poi ha smesso. Ho provato questo prodotto e ha funzionato benissimo: aveva le unghie addirittura arcuate e camminava male per questo, ora le ha più corte😃; all'inizio era un po' diffidente e si agitava, poi man mano si è fatta fare tutto (a tappe intervallate da un piccolo premio). Certo, ho impiegato circa un'oretta, ma ne è valsa la pena! Consigliatissimo!

J’ai acheté cette ponceuse car j’ai un malinois très réactif, qui ne supporte aucun soin et aucune contrainte . Depuis son adoption à la SPA après 4 abandons et de gros traumatismes , il est vraiment compliqué de lui couper les griffes . J’ai suivi les conseils du mode d’emploi pour le familiariser avec l’appareil et ce soir nous avons réussi à obtenir un résultat que nous n’avions jamais eu auparavant. Je suis vraiment contente . Même si il a fallu le détourner avec des récompenses il ne s’est pas braqué et il n’a jamais eu les griffes aussi courtes . Le bruit ne l’a pas dérangé du tout , les récompenses ont juste aidé pour pouvoir lui faire lever les pattes avants qui étaient plus compliquées à gérer . Pour les pattes arrières, il s’est laissé faire sans souci . La photo du chien avant pour montrer comme ses griffes étaient longues.

super robustes Gerät, läuft leise und präzise.Gerade bei dunklen Krallen super da man sich langsam vortasten kann ohne das Tier zu verletzten. Nach anfänglichem Zögern lassen sich meine Hunde das jetzt ganz gut gefallen, man kann ja immer mal wieder ein bisschen machen und muss nicht alles auf einmal erledigen :)
