Loved it!
Yet another great book from Melinda to help my aging body. It's well written and easy to follow along with the pictures, which I love as I know I'm doing it right. I've been doing it for a couple of weeks now and it's making a huge difference. Would highly recommend for those with sore knees.

Excellent and very useful
This a very clearly, well written book and the information proved very useful for me. I needed to understand what's going on with my knees that's causing me this pain and discomfort. I found the advice reassuring, and the exercises are proving very helpful. I've already been using the exercises from another book from this author, "5 Minutes to a Pain Free Neck", so I knew this book would be solid. I highly recommend this book.

More great tips for injury recovery and prevention
Another great book in the series with simple exercises and steps to take to tackle pain and the root causes to prevent it becoming the norm or repetitive. The exercises are simply described with video's available and a very useful pdf to help and remind you to include in your daily routine too.

This is an excellent & v helpful book for anyone with knee symptoms. The exercises are presented clearly & are easy to follow. Melinda has a warm engaging style which also motivates you!

Clear and Concise
Loving this series of books. Clear and concise photos and instructions. If needed there are QR codes that take you to a video of each exercise for a better understanding. Less than 10 minutes a day and you'll have stronger knees!

Another great book in the series
I really love Melindas books, I have read the whole range of them. They are simple and very practical which i love! They are short and to the point. You can tell they have been written by a seasoned professional who actually gets and understands the focal points of the issues. It is well documented so the instructions are easy to follow. Helpful pictures to show how to do the exercises properly backed up direct links to a video awell. Knees can be tricky so good to have the video back up. Bravo!

Good collection of effective exercises
I did lots of sports when I was young (and did not take care of my knees). At 55, it has come back to roost. As a yoga teacher, I do lots of yoga-type exercises, and the ones in this book complements what I do.
