Use this at the gym for doing squats on the smith machine. It’s cute and the straps make it easy to carry around! So much more comfortable using this, and I can actually use more weight with this!

Great Barbell Pad - Great Quality - Great Value
I use this product at LA Fitness for all free weight lifting involving 45lb loadable bar whether on free weight bench or Smith Rack Machine. It is used to protect the neck (calf raises and squats), hip bone for hamstring and glute raises, and chest for bench presses. Better fit and has better cushion and velcro tighteners. Nice simple carrying bag with strap as well. Better quality than the gym provides and stays on snuggly. Gym cushions get all stretched out, fall off the bar and difficult to find a useable one

It’s okay. The cushion turns when on the smith machine and can almost come off (but not really because of the velcro). But when it turns the bar is sitting directly on your back which defeats the purpose of the cushion.
