Firstly I must point out that at the time of writing, the photo of the hat has the band rolled up incorrectly. I will be looking out at conventions to see if Amazon has set off a new trend. At the present time the Amazon image is displaying the hat band with the internal flower pattern showing, instead of the red diagonal stripes of the edge of the hanky as shown in my image attached below.To roll up the hanky into a hat band first fold it in half into a triangle (corner to corner). Then take the LONGEST edge and keep folding or rolling it over and over until it looks about right. Then tie the two ends together and put the knotted end on the right side of the hat.At present the display photo has the hanky folded in half, corner to corner, but then they have rolled it inwards from the pointed corner instead of the longest flat edge.Anyway I think an independent promotional team must have been used because there are no such errors in the hanky itself.Colours on TV or especially on a computer screen will always vary, but as far as I can tell these colours match the ones Sylvester wore perfectly.I also like the fact that this hanky is made of light thin cotton the same as the original appears in the Google images close ups. This allows for the pattern to show through the thin cotton onto the other side.The thin cotton material also allows for a second pocket hanky (if used) to flow from the left lower pocket like a real hanky would flow.The only suggestion I will make to Amazon (apart from altering the hat band photo) is that because most people will be ordering two hanky's (one for the hat band and one to hang from the left pocket) it would help if Amazon could give a discount (of say £5.00) if two were bought together.Just another couple of points. This hanky was nicely presented in an official looking Dr Who box. But the official label was on the outside and the washing instructions tag (also on the outside) were visible when I rolled it, so I carefully cut these off, so decreasing their value, but that was my choice.I paid an extra £3.00 for next day delivery, which I though was well worth it in order for them to arrive in time for the weekends convention.Good product, good service.Update:The photo of the wrongly rolled item has now finally been removed.Also you can disregard a different reviewer who says you are going to require two of these for the hat band. You only need one fir the hat snd another fir tge hankie that hangs from the left pocket. Tip: use a safety pin to attatch it to the inside of your pocket or you will lose it.

This is a really great quality scarf that is ideal for those who wish to cosplay as the 7th Doctor, portrayed by Sylvester McCoy, or if you just want to have something to remind you of the 7th Doctor.It comes well presented in it's own box just like many of Lovarsis' other products do that I have bought in the past, I have always been pleased with the high standard of their products and will buy from them again in the future

The hanky is as advertised and is colourful and soft

The hanky has a wonderful design and the material is fantastic and a very good replica of the 7th Doctors. Only problem for me is the price. To make his costume complete you’re going to need about 3-4 of these. One for his jacket pocket and 2-3 for his hat so it’s a lot of money for what it is..

Another quality item from Lovarzi's Dr Who range. Nice attention to detail and genre accuracy once again.

These arescreen accurate and as good as they get. If you want your cosplay bang on this is the item to get. Fits the hat perfectly and works well in the pocket too. Buy two for the finished look 😀
