Easy to make up and a lot heavier material than I expected very happy

I was skeptical about what the quality of this patio set would be given the extremely reasonable price. Thrilled that it is actually sturdy, well crafted, good height, has solid cushions and strong outdoor quality fabric. It looks great and is quite comfortable to sit on. Outdoor furniture in AZ takes a beating - so time will tell how it holds up, but at this price even a couple of years would be a good value!

We put this fireplace table together and after 3 days it’s already starting to rust. We had a sprinkle one night before our cover arrived. It’s def not rust proof. It also smells badly of gas - so bad that our guests asked us to turn it off after 5 minutes. I’m giving it 2 stars because we like the cushions and design.

This patio furniture was delivered on time, was packaged well and in great condition. The 2 of us had no problem moving the boxes to our new house because it's so light and my husband had no problem assembling each piece of this set.Seats are very comfortable and in fact we're temporarily using the 2 chairs as living room furniture since we're still looking for furniture after moving into our house.As for chairs, the fabric is good - bottom cushion is nice & firm which I like because it will hold up longer. The back cushions are softer and fluffy - if anyone needs stronger back support I'd suggest adding some filling from any store fabric area, very simple.The arms of the chairs are nice & wide, at the perfect height and very comfortable. I like that you can set your drinks on them instead of having to sit them on the table.The building mgr stopped by last week and sat down on the couch, commenting on how beautiful this set was and wants to order it too. It looks striking on the black&white striped outdoor rug.I LOVE THIS FURNITURE so much more than common wicker sets that start to sag so quickly with very little seat support. Definitely recommend*EDIT 9-27-23 Update: 1) I did NOT rcv this set for free, we bought before I qualified as a vine voice2. Set is still holding up perfectly and we get alot of compliments on how beautiful it is. Great for entertaining on the large patio

Update 5/6/22:After communicating with Win Win and Amazon A to Z customer service, I’m completely satisfied with my new cushions that are much firmer, comfortable. Sometimes it’s not about a money adjustment it’s about the quality of the product you purchase, so when Win Win understood I didn’t want the money adjustment they sent me new cushions for my sofa n 2 chairs, key points from my experience is to listen to what the manufacture has to say about satisfying you and most important the manufacture needs listen to the customer wants n needs to satisfied their customer now with my experience completed I’m satisfied, I do recommend this patio conversation set. Thank youVery disappointed with the seat / back cushions they aren’t firm not comfortable, I just received my patio set March 24, 2022, with this poor quality cushions I can’t imagine in a few more months what my patio set is going to look, I’m asking what Win Win company will satisfy me, send me firmer cushions or take this set back without any cost or hassle, the reply back from Win Win was to give me $30 adjustment what a insult, so I sent my concern again ( thought I was replying to Amazon for help with my dissatisfaction but, went to Win Win again ) they came back this morning telling me the reviews were good and I must be mistaken about my cushions ( again insult not everyone writes reviews to notify the manufacture ) this time they offered $65, let me make this perfectly clear it’s not about a $30 or $65 adjustment it’s ALL about my seat / back cushions which I believe Win Win doesn’t understand. The money I spent for this set I should have a set I can be happy with. I do not recommend this set at all.

Super disappointed that they charged an exorbitant shipping price & after doing weeks of research, purchase & receiving our outdoor set all of a sudden other vendors have the same set cheaper & they included covers for each piece!! Reached out to Wisteria Lane to see if we could work something out (didn't ask for anything crazy or above/beyond) & of course they did not care at all to work with us at all. Everything was put together already & we like the set, but they knew we weren't going to disassemble & return so why should they try to work us? Go with a different vendor on Amazon or buy from Walmart for cheaper & covers included!!
