Not Compatible
I bought this Transcription set because I had purchased a Phillips DVT4010 voice recorder and the insert said optional accessories for this recorder was a LFH7177, to do transcription. However this is not true and it will not work with this recorder. The Recorder records in MP3 and the software and foot pedal only work with .dss files. To work properly the Software needs to be the PRO software which converts the MP3 to the .dss for transcription. The manual is not user friendly and took us hours to figure out the compatibility problems. Don't buy unless you know you have a compatible device.
