Peak Performance NutraceuticsDigestive Enzyms for Heartburn Relief

I've gotten some relief from mild relief with this supplement. It took about an hour for the effects to dissipate.

These Peak Performance Nutraceutics Digestive Enzyms gummies contain enzymes that are supposed to help with digestion and reduce heartburn symptoms. I tried them when I had a minor heartburn and it seemed to work but needed a bit of time. So, if you need urgent help, try something else.My main complaint is the flavor. The gummies taste and smell bad, and it lingers in your mouth long after taking them. I assume it is due to the enzymes needed for the product to work, so I take it as a necessary evil.Lastly, the gummies arrived with about 2 years of remaining shelf life.

I had greater expectations than this product delivered. For myself, it was mostly worthless so far as quelling heartburn. Over the counter antacids do a much better job and they are cheaper. you'd be wiser to spend your money on another product because this does little to nothing to quell heartburn.

These are very soft chew type gummies. They do not provide instant relief like baking soda or the pepto bismol and such, but these come with enzymes to aid digestion. This is probably not for acute heartburn situations.

Overall, not a bad product. It does help with my indigestion, allowing me to get a more restful night's sleep without acid reflux pain.The only issues I found with this is the flavor isn't the best, and the texture is a little gritty and chalky for a gummy supplement.Overall it is effective, and I will continue to use this because of that aspect. It's not the worst supplement I've taken.

I get bouts of acid indigestion sometimes and, though I try to stay away from Tums, Rolaids, and the like, sometimes they are the only thing that works. These were going to facilitate my exodus from using those products, but I think I'll keep them around for now. They work pretty well for normal levels of heartburn, etc., but if you've been eating Taco Bell then you better grab the baking soda or a handful of Tums, because these gummies aren't going to get the job done alone. If most of your heartburn woes are low to moderate then these might just be the ticket for you. YMMV.

When I get heartburn there are only a few flavors that don't nauseate me. The flavor and texture of these absolutely did that. In 2023 with all of the different flavors that are available, there is absolutely no excuse for something to taste like this.I both tried them myself and had 2 household members try them. Thankfully I gave them a brief warning of "you might not be crazy about this flavor" before giving these to them or I'd probably be spending a few days in the doghouse.Overall they are a 3-star product at best and unless you are really a fan of the flavors they use, you can find better tasting ones with a larger quantity of enzymes from another manufacturer.

If these gummies worked better I wouldn't mind the taste. But I do not see the difference in heartburn relief. The only thing I like is that they have vitamin D and calcium.
