Be wary of Amazon Marketplace
Decent bike, seems to good quality but the seat is very hard. Badly let down by the delivery..it was a full week after the agreed date (birthday present) very poor!. Would be very wary of purchasing anything off this company again or indeed the entire Marketplace, when things go wrong Amazon simply wash their hands of it...nothing to do with us guv!.

Great purchase!
Very happy with the sturdiness and quality of this bike, easy to assemble, very adjustable. Here's to many happy miles. More like riding a normal bike than other exercise bike I have owned in the past.

Good bike for spinning.
This bike arrived yesterday so this is an early use review. It was easy to put together with all the tools included in the box and it only took about 25 minutes. Some features that I like: adjustable feet to get the bike level on all sorts of services, comfortable saddle, good level of resistance, good ability to configure the bike to your size. I'm 6'2 tall with a 33 inch inside leg and with the saddle on it's max height the bike fits me well. The spinning action is smooth and feels like a gym bike which is a good compliment. The elbow pads on the handle bars are well placed and comfortable. As soon as it was together I did a 35 minute session and it worked fine. The computer is basic but shows useful data like speed, time and pulse amongst others.I guess this is a good bike for those who want to spin and therefore use their own training routines. It does not have pre programmed sessions as it's a spinning bike rather than an exercise bike.Really good value for money - delivered on time and looks to be a good buy.

Disappointed
First impressions; really disappointed. With a great deal of tinkering (fiddling with seating positions, raising the handlebars, tightening all the screws and bolts for a third time) then I'm very slowly warming to it. But it doesn't meet my expectations based on the previous reviews I've seen here.I'm a runner turned triathlete, currently rehabbing from a broken leg, and so was hoping for a good quality stationary bike to help me strengthen my legs again but also help me increase my cycling mileage through the winters.Pros- It is very sturdy. I've just tried it out on my paved brick driveway and its stable enough to ride without wobbling.- Reasonable price.Cons- NOT worth £500. I'm finding it hard to believe that original list price. I've paid £180 with p&p for it here, but have since seen it (or a very similar model) priced at £140 on the fit4home website directly. I'd say £150, putting it at the low end spinning bike range, is about right for this bike.- Not enough resistance. Apart from being short there's not much I've got in common with Mark Cavendish, yet still find the resistance levels woefully insufficient. And as I said before, that's with me recovering from a broken tibia with serious muscle wastage in my left leg. I can't get up out of the seat to do a proper sprint or simulate a hill climb. I doubt this is going to be much good for muscle building or (as per the product description) muscle toning. It could be more accurately described as providing a light to moderate cardio workout.- The seat is very uncomfortable (and I'm used to a road bike). I'll make sure I'm using my most padded shorts when I use it next time.- The computer is next to useless. All I'm interested in is cadence, which it doesn't provide. Instead it does provide arbitrary speed and distance figures. It looks and feels cheap and, I suspect, it is. I've yet to get a meaningful reading out of the 'Pulse' readout and I suspect it doesn't work (although I use my polar HRM anyway so wasn't bothered about that).- Even with tightening and re-tightening bolts I'm left with a very slight wobble on the handlebars. Minor issue.- The ride isn't particularly smooth, especially at the higher resistance levels. It feels like you're riding a bike with a rusty chain. (To be fair, as its chain driven it could just be a bit dry and I'll update the review if it rides better after I've greased it up. I don't think it'll be allowed back in the house though).- I was expecting it to free wheel when I stopped pedalling and got a shock when coming to a sudden stop. That might be my lack of experience on spinning bikes showing through, but it seemed pretty dangerous to me. The User Manual is very sparse and a bit more consideration could be shown here.I had been hoping to get out in the garage on a cold winters morning with my ipod and get a couple of hours in on the bike, but I suspect instead 30 minutes is going to seem like long enough on this bike. I'm hoping it'll do me okay for the next 6 months as I'm building back up to full fitness, but am likely to be back in the market for a better bike next winter.

Three Stars
Sturdy yet easy to move. Key problem is the seat which is quite uncomfortable.

Excellent machine
Very impressed. Having previously had a cross trainer which was a waste of money due to poor design and build quality I was a bit concerned about buying more home equipment. However, this is a high quality machine from which I expect to get many years of use. Firstly, a thank you to the sellers Solar Systems how got it to me on time. It's easy to build, even for a DIY nightmare like me, and the build quality ensures that it runs quietly and smoothly.

Happy biking
Content with this bike; probably the best of those at this price. It couldn't compete with the one at the gym I go to for a number of reasons. The worst thing may not signify for many people: the computer is not much better than what comes out of a Christmas cracker. The one that came to me doesn't work at all except for the pulse reading. The seat and handle fittings are not exactly rock solid though they are perfectly satisfactory for the relatively limited amount of use it's getting. The noise made by the spinner is negligible and shouldn't really put anyone off. The bike is extremely easy to assemble and I am not a DIY enthusiast; it took me about 40 minutes. (No amusing solecisms on the instructions and I couldn't find Made in China anywhere.) The wheel tension is easy to adjust while riding and there is a good range from free wheeling to hard slog up a mountain. The bike is also easy to store against a wall as it is quite slim and takes up less room than you'd imagine from the picture. The saddle is comfortable-ish and the handlebars have good grip. At this price I reckon one gets what one is paying for; it does the job well but don't expect professional gym equipment.
