Getting my ears nice and clean and doesn't cause any problems when using. The stream is strong without causing any issues.

Doesn’t work?
I’ve tried trouble shooting it and doing all the things possible. It just doesn’t suck any water up like the pump itself does not work. I’ve waited for the green light, fully charged, let it run. Just does nothing.

I guess it cleans out the ear wax?
I didn’t see any ear wax fall out but it helped unclog my right ear as I felt my equilibrium off possibly due to built up ear wax. I just didn’t see any come out.It feels a little weird to put in your ear but you get used to it.I knocked down a star because no actual ear was came out.

Incredible cleaning capabilities
My father is a hyper excreter of earwax. And as a result it has affecting his hearing. Upon first use of this device, we were able to extract a large pea size wax ball out!

The media could not be loaded. No water comes out, tried the tip in the FAQs about inhaling but it’s just not working at all. Don’t buy this.

Da unsere Tochter beim HNO-Arzt die Ohrenspülung verweigerte haben wir dieses Gerät bestellt und ausprobiert. Ich habe damit tiefsitzenden Ohrenschmalz entfernen können. Man braucht mehrere Spülgänge und das Wasser so warm wie möglich, aber dann klappt es tatsächlich
