Safest way to do deadlifts, incredible quality - grip confort- save space
Pros:- Best deadlift mechanics - you can do confortably sumo and semi sumo stance deadlift. In the photo 10kg ,325mm diameter, 20mm height thin powerlifting plates (green). This setup can hold 12 plates and no contact with the legs. i'm 185 cm (6.1") tall and there is no rubbing between thighs and plates. At the bottom you can even use 15 kg thin discs or more but the larger diameter i suspect will cause rubbing at the top (unless you are very tall and use wide sumo stance). You have plenty space for two hands in the handle. Pulling height is 42.5 cm which is perfect for me and allow a straighter back.- One leg deadlifts, staggered deadlifts with one hand are super confortable because of the handle (other t handle solutions don't allow this).- Rows and goblet squats can be done without problem.- Best tool for heavy swings. Carries can be done but wit no more than 5 kg iron plates stacked. More than 21 cm diameter will cause rubbing in your lower legs.- Really save a lot of spaceCons:Pressing movements are not that comfortable. you have to stack several plates in order to create enough surface to support your forearms an probably you have to use collars as "spacers" to get the right position to rest your forearm. Probably the best solution for this would be dumbell bumpers from Rogue but these are expensive.

Magnificent quality and use-it for snatches with 2.5 kg weight discs
This is a very good quality strength tool it can be used for very heavy deadlifts but you must use the very heavy weight discs of 20,25,and 50 kilo to get the over hundred kilo mark and if you don’t have these they will cost you an arm and leg nowadays, the tool itself weighs 10 kg which is a consolation and with any other weight disc added soon adds up the kilos,so there’s no problem doing swings of up to 50 kilos with smaller weights using 5 kg weight discs,I also use it for snatches which I use 2.5 kg weight plates as you can see in the photos which makes it heavy enough by putting 4 x2.5 plates and the weight of the tool makes it 20 kilos and as you can see I could load another 4x2.5 kilo plates, it’s a lot easier on my wrists than the kettlebells but you must use the 2.5 kg plates any bigger they start to bang and contact your arms and elbow unless you use knee wraps for protection it’s fine ,also you must remember the hight of the tool is much taller than a normal bar or kettlebell so you will not have the range of bend or depth of decent when doing the deadlifts or squats but you can always elevate yourself higher on boxes or weights to get your range, but it’s really made for swings and that’s what it’s best for
