The product was far below the standards I expect when purchasing from Amazon, especially given the trust I place in your service for delivering quality goods.When I raised this issue with your customer service team, I was surprised and dissatisfied with the response I received. It appeared as though the team was only interested in offering a refund, without any genuine concern or attempt to address the problem at its core. While a refund does not address the poor quality of the product, nor the inconvenience caused.

came a whole big one peace of meat not cut to pieces....
the meat is good quality and taste, but i had trouble cutting all this meat by my own after getting shocked with a whole 1 piece meat in each order.....

Lulu most of the meat item sending mix rotten meat plz look into this as meat was stingy and turned into green color from other side
