Too similar to other sets.
Cards are on the smaller side. The info/instructions are fine but too similar to other decks

Not great
This set of agility training cards isn't horrible, but it's also not great. It's the size of a standard deck of cards. It advertises 54 cards, but I actually got 56 because the first and last cards had repeats. I worried it was a mistake at first until I counted, but there are indeed 54 different cards. The pictures showing the activity on them aren't entirely useful. Perhaps if you already are used to doing some exercises it would make more sense, but I found myself reading the description, looking at the picture, and then reading it again, unsure what I was supposed to do. The cards themselves are good quality, just not what I was expecting as far as the activities. There are 3 categories: warmup, whole body, and lean body, but all of the card backs are the same with no indicator anywhere on the card what category the activity is from. I feel like that alone would have helped the set. These cards might be useful to some people, but I don't see myself using these cards that much.

Portable for mixing up workouts, but fairly basic exercises
I ordered these to pack into my fitness box while we're traveling long-term for my partner's work; I'm in the midst of rebuilding my strength and endurance after 17 years of increasing disability, and don't want to lose that progress, but also need variety in my workouts while still being able to fit everything fitness-related in a 1.6 gallon plastic tote since everything has to fit in one pickup truck load when we relocate, and we're often living in hotels. So of course these fit the bill nicely, along with a few other items like resistance bands and yoga blocks. The cards are nice enough--standard bridge deck size, and a little lightweight but laminated. The exercises included are fairly basic, but that's actually useful for me as I'm rebuilding and don't have the strength or endurance to do something like 30 burpees (which seem to be included in SO many exercise programs, and I'm lucky if I can do 3 most days). There are a few exercises that are beyond my current ability in terms of repetitions, so I'm just doing as many as I can when I draw those cards--I'll eventually get to where I can do the 25 or 50 reps listed.I've taken to sticking this deck in a pocket when I go for walks to try to inject some variety in my workouts, and I usually find that 5 cards with 5 minutes of walking before, after, and between exercises ends up being about all I can do right now.So overall, they're not amazing for what a lot of people will need due to a lot of basic exercises being included, but they're pretty much perfect for what I need right now.

Fun Concept And Good Way to Keep Kids Active
I like the simple instructions and variety of agility activities. I like the card format so I can have my kids pick a few when they are bored or need to get a little more activity into their day. My kids don’t really love them, but it does help to keep them a little more active.

Just what I needed
These are perfect for what I needed. I was looking for a way to switch up workouts and something to help my daughter work on agility for soccer. They are easy to customize to your needs , which is nice. Quality of the cards is good - just regular playing card quality. We'll use these a lot!

Useful for PE Teachers
As a PE Teacher, I like to update my lessons and other different methods to encourage middle schoolers to exercise. In the past, I have used station cards and regular playing cards to provide activities. I like the format of these Agility Training Cards, which are made like standard sturdy playing cards. Each card is very descriptive in text and images. I especially like the diversity of the characters. The back of all 56 cards are the same to allow a more random gaming atmosphere to exercising. The box states 3 categories but these categories are not labeled or color coded on the cards. What is lean vs whole body? Why not be more specific in categories: cardio, strength, flexibility, etc. I may be adding color stickers myself to better deal the the cards and explain to my students the type of fitness workout.

Just Okay.
Appreciate that they are made in the USA and was looking forward to utilizing these in my home workout routines. The quality of the cards wasn't great and I had repeat cards. It was also clear that they were needing to avoid certain words (like burpee) for copyright or I'm not sure what reasons. They pictorials were actually okay. I appreciated that they conveyed the motion/sequence without needing to be watching a video. Overall a little disappointed; but not a horrible buy.

Pretty good
This has some excellent selections of activities to choose from, and you can easily challenge yourself (and a friend if you want) to do these activities to improve your agility & reflexes. One caveat I've found with this publisher is that they don't include what type of activity it is among their three categories: warm-up, whole-body, or lean-body.However, the cards feature a diverse array of people: colors, sexes, ages, and so on.It's an excellent tool to use flashcards like these, as they have multiple diagrams on most of the cards, full descriptions, and suggested counts & reps. That means you can shuffle the deck, pick as many as you want, and have a great workout with very little equipment. They suggest a lightweight ball or something.
