Great Product
1 star less just because it pops out of the wall a couple of times. I couldn't figure out the alarm thing. It just beeps randomly. Overall prevents my cats from going to the kitchen.

It is worst product, it is not even fitting to the door
The quality of the item is very bad. it is very hard to open and close for adults and it is coming out from fitting again and again. It is super dangerous for kids. i tried to return it but it seems the seller doesn't have a pickup option and I have to pay for the return which is 100% no no to this vendor. i don't understand how amazon is allowing them to sell it on their portal.
