I don't have small hands and I'm new to grip strength devices. But I'm very happy with this grip strength device because it fits my large hands, it's adjustable so I don't need multiple devices, and it's very comfortable to hold. It's not too expensive either. Recommended, especially for those with larger hands, but I think it works just as well for those with smaller hands.

I workout with a friend and bought this after seeing him use a similar grip trainer in his workouts. The problem with his trainer is that there is no room for the pinky! I decided I wanted something of better quality, so I searched and bought this. When it arrived, I was surprised to find it was high quality. It has a great handle that fits in your fingers and has a good grip. All in all, this is a very good grip trainer, probably the best of any trainer I've seen.

I've always been a pretty fit guy, I never really dedicated myself to working out all the time since I have a gaming habit and have a full time job and side hustle. Since high school i never could do a pull up and it both shamed and infuriated me because I knew I was strong enough I just couldn't get a grip.I've used these things for 2 weeks now and attempted to do a pull up at work and outstandingly I could. These things really work and at my desk while waiting for games to load and updates and the such I can get a workout in without standing up. I bought one for my friend too.
