Easy to use
I used this product on my knee, found it very helpful.

DIDN'T WORK
Had a painful Knee for some five weeks so ordered these hoping they would take some of the pain away BUT , they did not help in any way . For me they were a waste of time .

these patches do not work. they smell like boiled cabbage. and they do not stick for long

Poor Quality
I have some pain in my knees, especially when walking up and down stairs.Thought I would try these as I have seen them advertised peior with great reviews.Pros.Did feel some releif while having them on.The relief did last as long as they stayed stuck.Cons.Not very sticky.Mine rolled up within a couple of hours of having them on.
