What a gift Paul Huson has given us with this book. All of his Tarot material is highly recommended, and this is like the cherry on top.Together with the Dame Fortune's deck itself, this is a perfect combination of Tarot awesomeness.

This book is a fascinating and excellent resource even if you don't own the deck. But do yourself a favor and buy the deck. It's gorgeous and affordable!

A modern version of the Marseille tarot system.

Meh. I bought this because of the previous reviewers raving about it... it’s not really more than a “good little white book”. It explains some stuff about the Dame Fortune’s cards, but doesn’t go as in-depth as I hoped for a $10 kindle purchase. Maybe it would be better to get the authors other book Mystical Origins of Tarot. I already had a PDF explanation of the cards, and I bought the book in hopes it would go further in-depth. I would just get the PDF instead and not spend the month on this book.

This book accompanies Dame Fortune's Wheel Tarot, but is sold separately from it, as Lo Scarobeo shortsightedly did not issue books with their tarots at the time of publication. The book is a full colour pictorial key to the cards. It gives the historic Etteilla meanings of the cards, thus making it a very suitable followup to Paul Huson's Mystical Origins of the Tarot - this is why the meanings may seem unfamiliar to you. This is a fully illustrated tarot with images rather than pips, but it reads like an historic deck. Paul Huson illustrated the cards himself, revealing him to be a writer of many talents.
